Mary Cavanaugh, Creator of Yoga with a Chair, practiced yoga for 40 years and didn't start until her mid 40's! Mary has developed a unique approach to yoga through her work with seniors and people with disabilities and injuries. Having injured herself early in life, she was determined to help others live long and healthy lives through yoga's simple principles of breathing, stretching and balancing.
