Physical Therapist, Master Trainer with YogaFit

Chrys Kub, PT; e-RYT, received her Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 1987. She has been in practice for the past 20 years and has developed expertise in neurodevelopmental therapy, Myofascial release, orthopedic and neurologic manual therapy. She is a Yoga Alliance registered instructor at the 200 hour level as a yoga educator and an active member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She serves on the IAYT Peer Review Editorial Board.

Chrys is a Master Trainer with YogaFit(R) Teacher Training Systems, Worldwide and serves on their Education Board. She is the founder and author of the YogaFit(R) Yoga Therapy Training which is part of the 500 Hour YogaFit teacher training program. Chrys believes that yoga’s holistic approach can bring healing and freedom to all those who practice.
