Lisette is the Founder and lead trainer for the Roots and Wings Teacher Training Program. She has been teaching yoga classes and workshops full-time for 12 years, training yoga teachers for 6 years, and was the founder and owner of Yoga Vista studio from 2001-2006. Lisette has over 7000 hours of yoga teaching experience, a dedicated personal practice and loves to share her passion for yoga.
